2 week Higher Self Course
In this 2 week course we’ll focus on ways to center our body, aligning our Chakras while connecting to your higher power. With prayer, meditation, personal development lectures, and sound therapy, each lesson is structured towards the deepest healing needs of women.
This course includes:
- Personal/Daily Horoscopes & Affirmations
- Personal development exercises
- Journal Prompts
- Group or individual zoom 2x a week
- Unlimited texting/questions/access to ask me anything!
- Manifest That Sh!t Journal (shipped to you before course starts)
My intention is for you to gain the tools to heal your relationship with self and the world around you. At the end of this course you will have:

This course is a sacred and safe space for women who feel they have to be strong. In this course you can be soft and vulnerable. This is where the healing takes place!
